This service can be used to advantage where a call-centre has to make a large number of calls on a daily basis. The calls are launched from a computer to which the telephone numbers that are to be called are uploaded. The calls start once all the numbers have been loaded into the system. Employees are logged in beforehand and can follow the process. Each employee is allocated a call that can be viewed on the screen. When the call is answered by the customer or client, our IVR plays a short message: "One moment please, we are putting you through".
The connection is then created and the telephone conversation can begin.

With the IVR dialogue
TS Calling service can also be used with IVR services whereby contact is
established and an interactive process is set in progress. Typical examples of
how the service can be used are for conducting surveys, reminder services from
workshops or booking appointments and playback of advertising messages.
Functionality
The Calling Service can be launched and controlled from a website. The site has
2 levels of access - administration level and user level. The administrator
loads the telephone numbers into the system to start the calls and can track the
process as well as view statistics on calls made and users. Users log on to the
system and are subsequently allocated calls. They can see who the service is
calling and the status of the call.
