New analysis tool for local authorities

 

Local authorities are currently working hard on implementing the requirements for increased efficiency and improved citizen services. Therefore, KMD are launching a new service, KMD Civis Survey, which is an analysis tool developed in partnership with Telecom Scandinavia.

 

Analysis tool gives citizens a voice

With this tool in hand, the individual local authority can put questions to its citizens relating to their contact with the authority, their preferred form of contact and their views on the local authority's general level of service. Citizens can either answer the questions via the telephone or via the internet when they contact the local authority, and their responses can be viewed directly on the associated website.

 

Measurability is the first step towards change

This way, each individual local authority can gain an up-to-date insight into its citizens' level of satisfaction and is also able to evaluate specific areas over the longer term. It will also be possible to benchmark against other local authorities and consequently learn from each other's experiences.

Moreover, Civis Survey is a flexible tool which, for instance, can be used for internal, HR-related analyses or for more large-scale surveys of local authority services - either generally or within specific areas, for example, state schools.
