LANCAROME REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Every year, Lancarome holds make-up schools and, to this end, faced a challenge with regard to registration and payment.

Both booking and payment facilitated by the IVR system

Participants now call up an IVR service where they are guided through the registration process and are given the chance to choose between different groups and class times at various locations throughout the country. The system keeps constant track of where there are vacant places on the groups and where there is a possibility of being put on the waiting list. Once you have chosen a group, you pay immediately using your credit card.

An easier solution for all parties

With this service, the administrative costs of registration and payment are reduced considerably, and it is an easier solution for the participant who is able to tell immediately where places are available.
