Médecins sans Frontières wanted to open up more channels for
donations
In order to reach as many donors as possible, Médecins sans Frontières wanted to
make it possible for people to donate in as many ways as possible.
IVR and text messaging with the option of different amounts
Telecom Scandinavia provided a combination of IVR and text message services,
covering most peoples' needs: Via IVR, it is possible to donate either DKK 100,
which is paid via the donor's telephone bill, or you can ring in and pay either
DKK 100, 200 or 300 with your credit card via a telepayment line.
Via text messaging, you can donate either DKK 150 or DKK 50, depending on the content of the text message. The amount is paid via the donor's telephone bill.

A flexible solution
By presenting so many different possible ways of donating money, Médecins sans
Frontières accommodates many different types of donor, and they can launch
different solutions - tailored to the current campaign - as and then they are
needed.
