Every year, TV2 casts for their "Who wants to be a millionaire" programmes. In connection with this, they wanted to automatise the initial selection process.

Telecom Scandinavia provided an IVR module comprising a competition and automatic draw, Participants ring 90 50 60 70 and answer a question. The system subsequently conducts an automatic draw and tells participants there and then whether they will be proceeding any further.

During the casting period, an average of over 30,000 use the service. The automatic selection process makes it possible for TV2 to handle the massive number of calls quickly and easily.
