Telecom Scandinavia provided a Click-to-Call module on www.nykredit.dk. Here, customers and other interested parties can enter their telephone number in a pop-up window and click on "Call me". Contact is established immediately between the telephone number entered and a Nykredit employee.

Improved customer service
It is now possible for Nykredit to respond immediately while they have the customer's interest. The service is frequently used by Nykredit's customers and it also helps create the optimal framework for excellent customer service.
