Synergy between the external campaign and the  knowledge of the employees
In connection with a new, external pensions campaign, the banking association, FinansProfil, wanted to strengthen its advisers' focus on the sale of pensions and investment while, at the same time, ensuring that their product knowledge was optimal. In addition, they wanted to create synergy between the external campaign and pensions advice so that the customers' needs and the advisers' knowledge tallied throughout the whole campaign.
 
Virtual advice service adapted to the external campaign
Telecom Scandinavia developed the learning universe, A life with Børge. Here, employees met Børge in 10 different life phases with corresponding and different advice needs which, in an entertaining way were integrated into the fiction. Employees were invited to participate in the activity via direct mail and e-mail. They were subsequently reminded about the activity via e-mail.
Via an internet module, FinansProfil were able to follow the progress of the activity at department level, right down to the individual participant's performance. From the website, it was also possible to send e-mails to employees who had not yet participated.
 
Very high participation rate
5 Banks took part in the 10 rounds with a very high response rate for each bank - from 79% right up to 97% participation.
