Immediate payment - no need for a credit card terminal. With Telecom Scandinavia's payment system, customers can pay by Danish/foreign-issued credit cards over the telephone.
Our standard payment solution is called Telepayment and is an IVR solution. In practice, payment is made by the customer being prompted over the telephone to enter their card number, expiry date and CCV number. Telepayment is the obvious choice when it comes to making payments over the telephone. The service can be used by a call centre where the customer is redirected to a payment line. Alternatively, the customer can call in directly and make a payment.
The company can also receive payment from the customer via text message. For one-off payments, the customer can send a text message containing payment card information whilst for repeated payments (such as Pay-as-You-Go top-ups) the customer can register their mobile number and card information on the internet or via a call centre. The customer can make subsequent payments regularly by sending a text message.

The company can continuously follow payment transactions and their status on a website with protected access. Telecom Scandinavia provides payment information in such a way that it can be entered into accounting systems immediately. There is also an option for ongoing payment status updates by e-mail.
