DSB AND THE VOICE IN MOBILE COOPERATION
In connection with The Voice '08 concert, DSB offered all its
customers the chance to travel free on the S-tog to the concert in Tivoli. All
they had to do was send a text message with the word TIVOLI, followed by their
e-mail address. At the same time, the customer agreed to receive future issues
of DSB S-tog's newsletter.
Huge support for an unusual solution
More than 4,500 people in a single day decided to make use of the unusual train ticket, and at the same time, DSB obtained a huge base of the e-mail addresses of interested customers who would receive the newsletter in future. Naturally, it is always possible to unsubscribe to the newsletter, but DSB has made it clear that similar good offers in the future may only be found in this specific newsletter.
