DANISH CROWN EXPANDS ITS SERVICE
After a number of years during which pig breeders were able to
register pigs for slaughtering via Voice Response, Danish Crown is now extending
the service to include registration of pigs via text message.
Fast and flexible solution
Registration via text message is both fast and flexible, and it fits well into the working day of the pig breeder because, as a rule, they always have their mobile telephone to hand. The text message contains both information about the supplier number, animal category, and the number of weeks before collection, if necessary. However, most of the information is the same every time so Danish Crown encourages suppliers to save the message and re-use it from time to time to make things even easier.
